There are several areas to be considered when it comes to selecting a tenant.
1. Rental Amount
Prior to offering your property to the public, Federle Inc. Property Management will complete an in depth rental market analysis to assist you in the correct pricing of the rental unit. This analysis will take into consideration all properties in the neighborhood which have recently rented, your current rental competition, overall market conditions, time of year, etc. You will also receive any client/agent feedback about the property.
2. Marketing
Your property will be treated to the full listing marketing experience. At Federle Inc. Property Management we approach the marketing of our rental homes just like other agencies advertise to sell homes. Listing in the Mutiple Listing System (MLS), Realtor.com, Trulia, RealtyTrac, Frontdoor, Yahoo!Real Estate, Google, Zillow.com, and other real estate related websites will be done.
3. Tenant Selection Process
In addition to reviewing the tenant's application, Federle Inc. Property Management will run a full credit background report, a Civil & Criminal Court case report, and sexual offender registry report on every adult applicant
4. Credit Bureau and Background Check fee is $30.00
