• Tenant Selection Process

All adults planning to reside on the premises must fill out a credit application. Each adult applicant must have an e-mail address and a credit or debit card. or checking account  available in order to pay for your application fee.

• Credit and Background Fee is $30.00 per Adult

Your credit bureau and background check will include the following:

1. Personal Information
2. Income and Assets
3. Employment Information
4. Credit Score which will include all credit accounts and inquiries
5. Most Wanted List
6. National Sex Offender
7. Terrorist Watch List
8. Criminal Records by State

Application fee is non-refundable.
